OUTSTANDING! Matt was polite, professional, and friendly. He examined the issue and was able to give me a few choices for resolving the problem I was experiencing. The work was done much more quickly than I expected and it was thorough. Matt left the area as clean as when he found it (maybe cleaner…) and left me feeling good about the work that had been completed.
Emergency hot water heater installation went great! We shopped around and he was by far the best bang for your buck, especially considering I contacted him on such short notice. He did a great job fitting us into his schedule, he showed up when he said he would and took care of business. Great experience all around.
I was given an approximate estimate over the phone when we discussed the service. The price charged was within the estimate. Matt and his staff were very professional and neat in appearance and their work. As a senior citizen, I had no anxiety about having them in my home. Every step was explained. I had a complete level of confidence in their work which was so important because they were working with gas lines. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them and use them in the future.
Matt responded to my email within the day. Matt came in the middle of a snowstorm (and after hours) to make a washing machine hot/cold water valve replacement. He was quick, a great communicator, and did a great job. Would highly recommend!
Matt was great! It was a small job, but I didn’t feel ignored. Another plumber quoted me for more than double what Matt charged. He was in and out with a job well done in 15 minutes.
Matt’s Pro Plumbing demolished my old bathroom. Installed a new acrylic bath/shower with faucet. Reinstalled my existing toilet. Installed a new vanity, mirror, light, exhaust fan, and added a GFI outlet. Also tiled the floor and half of the walls. I would suggest anyone considering to replace a shower/bath area to stop considering and get a quote, for the price you’d be surprised at the amount of work and quality.
Matt’s Pro Plumbing removed an existing water heater and replaced it with a new, more efficient one. Company also serviced the heating system and ran a gas line for a new cooktop. On time and slightly under budget. Company is responsive, professional, and performs quality work.
